Cheese is our theme, our passion & our speciality. We have 15 years’ experience in street food, festivals & events catering (corporate & private) between the UK & France. We are located 100km south of Paris, serving all the Ile-De-France & Loire Valley regions.

On this page you’ll find a list of our different hot & cold menus, suited to the days before or after a wedding, or as the main catering for special celebrations. RACLETTE & GRILL

Ideal for before or after the wedding day, or even as a tasty filler in-between the marriage & dinner as guests arrive at the venue, our raclette & grilled cheese sandwiches offer a delicious melted cheese experience & make a great alternative to pizza for cheese lovers.

Our raclette is served with the classic French ingredients of melted mountain cheese, steamed potatoes, Dijon mustard, cured ham & cornichons, then given an English twist of grated vintage Cheddar & finished off with black pepper, spring onions, parsley & hot sauce. We also have an option to replace potatoes with sourdough bread, which is more suited to the summer months.

Our grilled cheese sandwich includes sourdough bread, a choice of Brie de Meaux, Bleu d’Auvergne or vintage Cheddar filling with either Pommery mustard (for Brie or Cheddar) or fig jam (for the blue) & homemade pickles. We can add in some extras too, such as some smoked Speck ham or wild boar salame.

Prices start at €12 per guest with a minimum charge of €800. Double service (for two portions per person) is €20 per guest. We can also combine one of each raclette & grilled cheese within this pricing.

Prices are all-in, including service & preparation, and we don’t charge VAT. Transport is not included but quoted on receipt of your address.

Both raclette & grilled cheese are served ‘street food style’ on kraft barquettes to allow guests to mingle and maintain a relaxed, informal service. All tableware is made from recycled material.


✮ CHEESE & CHARCUTERIE ✮

For weddings, birthdays & special celebrations we also propose luxury cheese & charcuterie platters, presented either as a buffet, banquet or canapés.

These are perfect for the summer months as they offer a delicious alternative to stodgy, uninventive traditional catering & pair perfectly with wine & champagne. They can be served before or the end of the dinner, before or after the wedding day, or spruced up to be the main feature, and we can arrange a supply of natural wines & craft beers to pair alongside the food.

The buffet service is pre-portioned & laid out for self-service; banquets are brought-to-table, usually on big sharing platters & canapés are served on the go; it all depends on the style & format of your event. When it comes to cheese, our modus operandi is “accept no imitations & no limitations” - this is not your average cheese board! We propose only our best, in-season produce, presented with flair & passion

Prices start at €20 per guest with a minimum charge of €900. We will propose a selection of three or four different cheeses & two charcuterie, and include extras such as olives & bread. We can then add other options of cheese, charcuterie & different cold cuts (smoked fish with crème fraiche & dill for example) depending on the season, size & style of the event. This option can also be combined with the Mezze service below.

✮ MEZZE ✮

Great for summer time gatherings, our mezze service is a grand spread of delicious handmade salads & dips including baba ghanoush, tabbouleh, houmous, tzatziki, dolmades, feta salad, buffalo mozzarella with garden tomatoes & grilled flatbreads. The theme can be adjusted - Georgian, Balkan or Indian instead of Mediterranean for example, and is suitable for any scale of event, we can add deserts, cocktail fountains & even combine the mezze with cheese & charcuterie.

✮ PIADINA ✮

A filling and tasty alternative to pizza, Piadina is an unleavened flatbread from medieval Emilia Romagna. Freshly made on the day, our’s is layered with farmhouse cheese, cured ham, homemade pesto & marinaded courgette, then folded and grilled. It is served cut into thick wedges with a dressed salad. 

Perfect for the hungry crowd the before or after the wedding day, it is served directly to guests, street food style, on portable kraft plates, or cut and served on sharing platters. Again, a good hot food option with a relaxed & informal approach.

✮ CHEESE TOWERS ✮

To celebrate a wedding, birthday or special day, our bespoke towers of cheese offer a gourmet alternative to traditional cakes. Comprising between three & eight artisan cheeses, we look for a balance between high quality, seasonality, your budget & ensuring you have enough. Because there’s a cheese-devouring uncle at every party.

Prices start at €300. Service is not included but can be provided (to cut & serve the cheese) at an additional €250. Transport is not included but quoted on receipt of your address. We don’t charge VAT.

Pictured is a tower comprising the base layer of Red Leicester (3.5kg), a middle layer of farmhouse tomme de brebis (3kg); a top layer of tomme de Savoie (1.7kg) & decorated with a Camembert, rosemary & rose. With a total weight of around 9kg, divided into 50g portions of each cheese, this served 60 guests at a cost of €300 - just €5 per guest before transport or service.
